When can I expect my delivery?

Usually within 2 weeks of placing your order. We will email you a tracking number, so you will know when to expect your delivery.

Do I have to have a frame?

Yes. The cost of the frame is included in the price. All of our frames are white.

Do you have international delivery?

We only deliver to the UK via our automated checkout. However, it may be possible to ship elsewhere, so please contact us using the form on our Contact page suppling as much detail as possible.

Is my artwork truly unique?

Yes. Each artwork is hand painted by Matt Eley. He may revisit some works, but they are not copies or prints of an original.

Does Matt accept commissions?

On occasion, yes. Please make an enquiry via our Contact page for a specific request.

Can you authenticate my artwork?

Yes, we keep detailed photographic records of all artworks. Please make an enquiry via our Contact page.

I purchased an artwork less than 24 hours ago and would like a refund?

Please send an email to info@matteley.org as soon as possible with the subject “REFUND 24”. We will contact you within 72 hours and process your refund.

 

It’s been longer than 24 hours and I would like a refund, or need to cancel my order?


Please email info@matteley.org as soon as possible with your request. It’s at the management’s discretion to decide if a refund or return is permissible. No refunds or returns will be granted after 14 days of receiving your artwork.

 

I’ve sent my artwork back, now what happens?

Once we have received your artwork, it will be examined to ensure it remains in the same condition as when dispatched. Then you will be contacted to confirm that a refund will be arranged. Should the artwork or frame be damaged, a partial refund may be offered.

 

What if my artwork has been damaged in transit?

Great care goes into ensuring you artwork arrives undamaged. If your piece is damaged, please supply a photographic record providing as much detail as possible to info@matteley.org. We review each case individually and aim to resolve every case as quickly as possible. We will contact you within 72 hours to confirm we have received your email.
